As a company policy we do not process cancellation or refund of any product. However, any size issue or damage will be addressed with replacement of the product with the desired size or a fresh product in case of damage. Customer can drop a mail to [email protected] or directly message us through our instagram page the_huephoria to mention and process the replacement accordingly. We will require an intimation about the replacement within 7days from the delivered dated of the product to make the claim eligible. Once we are notified of the issue, our team will guide you through the process accordingly.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
